Our client, a well established UK subsidiary of a successful International Business, specializes in the sales and installation of high quality equipment into the Leisure and Hospitality sector. To build on their success in this market, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced Contracts and Procurement professional to establish a market leading approach to providing high quality and cost efficient installations and service concepts.

Contracts and Procurement Manager
Equipment Installations - Leisure/Hospitality Sector

Salary c£50K plus Bonus + Car                                                                          
Bucks

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for:-

• Identifying, and then managing, regional installation and inspection partners across the UK including the negotiation of contracts, pricing of installations and quality
• Procurement of additional items and services around installations as well as company wide procurement looking to identify costs savings both within the UK and at a Corporate level
• As a key member of the management team contribute to the profitable growth of the business through identification of additional service offerings
• Managing a small team involved in contracts, logistics and purchasing to drive through improvements in costs, quality and service in all areas

 You will have:-

• A successful track record of managing installation contracts through third party partners ideally within the construction, building or engineering sectors
• Proven achievements with regards cost savings, whilst not compromising on quality, gained within a Contracts Manager or Procurement Manager position. Line management experience is not anessential requirement
• Strong project management skills as well as commercial and negotiation abilities are key capabilities of this role
• An open and communicative style with good presentation skills together withthe drive, energy and competitive desire to be the best in the market
